Elementary Teacher (2nd Grade) **Hiring Bonus**

 Due to retirement, West Holt Public School is currently accepting applications for the position of Elementary Teacher (2nd Grade) for the 2025-26 school year.  Appropriate elementary endorsement is required.  Provisionally certificated candidates or transition to teach candidates are encouraged to apply as well.

Head coaching and activity sponsorship positions are also available. Head football, head basketball, and other coaching positions are open

Substitute teaching opportunities for the spring of 2025 are available.

Additional Information

Pay is based off of the district’s salary schedule according to the negotiated agreement.  All years of experience are accepted and full family health benefits are provided. Incentive pay of one extra months salary is given as a bonus for coming to our district, approximately $3,300.

Start date will be in August of 2025

This position will be filled ASAP.

Kindergarten Teacher **Hiring Bonus**

**$3,300 Hiring Bonus available!**

 Due to retirement, West Holt Public School is currently accepting applications for the position of Kindergarten Teacher for the 2025-26 school year.  Appropriate endorsement or a provisional certification is expected.   The district will consider other applicants who hold a teaching certificate and are willing to work toward appropriate endorsement. Coaching and sponsorship is also available with this position.

Head coaching for basketball and football are available, as well as other assistant positions.

Substitute teaching opportunities for the spring semester of 2025 are available.

Educational Sign Language Interpreter

West Holt Public Schools is in search of an Educational Sign Language Interpreter. All appropriate certifications are required. This position will begin ASAP.

High School or Elementary Paraprofessional

Employment to begin in ASAP. Applicants must have a high school diploma and meet one of the following criteria: 1) Associates Degree or higher, 2) completed 48 hours of college credits, or 3) be willing to obtain ESSA certification. Para duties are to assist in Junior High and High School classrooms with academics. Also looking for a candidate to ride on a daily route with students.
