Rule Changes for 2023-24 Basketball Season! No more 1 and 1 free throws. There will be 5 team fouls per quarter. On the 6th and subsequent team fouls, 2 free throws will be awarded. Fouls will reset at the beginning of the next quarter. In Classes C & D, the 35 second shot clock may be used if both teams agree and the NSAA gives prior approval.
