These kids have made such an impact to our Adaptive PE program. I can't thank the NHS members or Mrs. Medina enough for helping make this all possible. It means the world having them take time out of their schedule and consistently show up for our other students.

The Functional Skills students investigated what makes our shadows move. By using flashlights and paper gnomes, they explored that by moving the position of the flashlight, shadows move too!

Paws for Coffee is a student-run coffee shop run through one of Mrs. Hamm's math classes Wednesday through Friday. Students send out a Google form to teachers each week. One day a week, teachers can order a brewed coffee, hot tea, or homemade hot chocolate with add-ins such as creamer, syrup, marshmallows, or sugar. Students handle making orders, purchasing supplies, delivery, and budgeting of money. Teachers can treat their coworkers to a drink with a Kindness Card. It's a nice pick me up when they can't make it down to the teacher's lounge for their morning java.
