18 athletes have marks in the top 8 among all class sizes in north-central/northeast Nebraska and have qualified for the NEN Classic Track Meet on Thursday in Norfolk! A couple more are alternates and waiting to find out!
JH golf meet has a slight change with the amount of golfers participating, WH JH students will ter off at 3:30 on Monday.
The girls won the West Holt Invite and the boys brought home the runner-up plaque!
SCHOOL RECORD! Luke Klabenes ran 22.50 and broke the West Holt school record in 200 that was previously shared by Adam Skrdla (2002) and Gerdon Kopecky(2006) in a time of 22.54. Congratulations!

Boys & Girls were MEET CHAMPIONS at the Burwell Invite today.
Ainsley Galyen broke the school record in the 400-meter dash running 59.90. The record was held by Brenna Pribil, set in 2001. The throwers' 4x100 relay team of Alex Gotschall, Marek Dvorak, Grant Osborne, and Ian Laetsch broke the school and meet record running 48.63. The West Holt record of 50.14 had been established by Kelly Huston, Jon Borer, Jerry Osborne, and Jeff Laetsch (father of the new record -holder) in 1984. Luke Klabenes also ran the second fastest 100-meter time in school history, clocking 11.03.
